Return & Refund Policy
- No exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order.
- US: Change-of-mind returns are accepted as store credit (where permitted by law) if requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Canada: We do not currently offer change-of-mind returns due to cross-border logistics.
- US & Canada: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
1) Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, please place a new order.
2) Change-of-mind returns (United States)
We accept change-of-mind returns for US orders only, provided the item is:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With original tags attached (if applicable)
- In original packaging (if supplied)
Timeframes (US):
- You must request a return within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking).
- If approved, the return must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
- If your order arrives in multiple packages, the 7-day window starts once the final package is delivered.
Return shipping & fees (US):
- Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.
- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect item), we’ll cover return shipping or provide another resolution.
- Returns that don’t meet the conditions above may be declined or may incur a restocking fee (up to 20%).
Store credit (US): Approved change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit (where permitted by law). Store credit does not expire unless required by law, and is issued once your return is received and inspected.
Processing time: Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received.
3) Change-of-mind returns (Canada)
We currently do not offer change-of-mind returns for Canadian orders due to cross-border logistics and carrier constraints. This does not affect your rights for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (see below).
4) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (US & Canada)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue (and packaging/labels if relevant)
If approved, we’ll offer an appropriate resolution such as a replacement, store credit, or refund (depending on the issue and availability).
5) How to request a return
- Contact us via our Contact page (or reply to your order confirmation email).
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we’ll send return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back within the required timeframe.
6) Notes
- We may update this policy as our shipping and returns capabilities change.
- This policy is intended to be read alongside your statutory consumer rights, which may vary by location. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
